Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec. Orders placed by 12 pm eastern usually ship out the same day. Larger orders (over $500) may take an extra day or two. Once the order ships we will send tracking.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer both ground service and air service options for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout once we have your complete delivery address and based on the contents of your shopping cart.
PO Box Shipping
In addition to offering major small parcel shippers we offer Canada Post's Expedited Parcel option, this service will deliver to PO boxes.
Please note that major carriers such as Canpar, FedEx, Purolator and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. Customers who provide only a PO box and select one of these carriers may have their orders cancelled or delayed until a solution is approved.
Transit Times
Transit times vary by carrier and delivery location. Shipments to Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec city areas are usually one day for ground service. Further destinations will take a few days. Vancouver is usually a week for delivery.
Note that the shipping options in checkout may provide estimated delivery times. These times are provided as a courtesy and example of usual delivery times but are not guaranteed.
Fast Shipping
Almost every order placed by 1pm eastern is shipped out the same day. Transit times vary depending on the delivery location (see the map below).
For faster shipping we are happy to offer UPS air services. Pricing is calculated based on the delivery address and contents of your order.

When will I receive my order?
There are three options for delivery via UPS
Ground (see the map below)
Expedited (usually 2 sometimes 3 working days)
Express Saver (usually 1 sometimes 2 working days)

Whenever possible we will ship to any location within the continental U.S. and Canada. In the event that a ship to location Causes higher than usual freight costs we will contact the customer with further information and options. We will always do our best to provide the most effective shipping price and service. We will never ship an order and charge an additional fee for shipping without the customers authorization.
Taxes and shipping (USA)
All shipments within the U.S. are not subject to municipal, state or federal tax. Additionally if an order is shipped from our Canadian fulfillment center we will handle any additional expense or logistics to get your product through U.S. customs and to you quickly. Note that while we do not charge any US taxes you should always consult your local tax office to determine your local requirements.
